Are we already too late?
One of the most common fears we hear is ‘we’re behind.’ In reality, families have started in their athlete’s senior year and gotten dozens of coach responses within weeks. You’re not behind. What if my athlete isn't D1 caliber?
BRX Recruiting works for athletes targeting D1, D2, D3, JUCO, and NAIA. The fit-score algorithm surfaces the divisions where your athlete is actually competitive, instead of guessing. Many families come in expecting ‘D1 or bust’ and end up at a D2 or D3 program that’s a stronger academic, athletic, and personal fit.
How is this different from a recruiting service like NCSA?
We don’t send form letters with the school name swapped in. Every coach outreach is personalized, built around real program facts and a verifiable measurable, and sent from your athlete’s verified email in your athlete’s voice. College coaches recognize template emails within seconds and delete them. The wedge is simple: most services template at scale. BRX personalizes at scale.
Shouldn't my athlete handle this themselves?
Yes, and the structure of recruiting makes that nearly impossible without help. College coaches expect outreach to come from the athlete’s voice and the athlete’s email. But the work behind that (the school list, the fit research, the cadence of follow-ups) is a full-time coordination job. We split it: your athlete owns the voice, you and the platform own the logistics.
My athlete's high-school or travel coach said we don't need this.
Many high-school and travel-team coaches have great relationships and great intentions, but they’re not full-time recruiters and they can’t see the national landscape of programs the way the platform can. What does it cost?

Do I have to be a BRX gym member?
No. BRX Recruiting is available to families regardless of where their athlete trains. The recruiting program is a separate offering from in-person training at the BRX facility.
